Digital delivery
Licenses arrive by email after payment. Access starts right away, so refunds are limited.
Ask within 24 hours. Include your order ID and a short reason.
We review each request on its facts. A used license is harder to refund than a failed delivery.
If the license email never arrives, send the payment receipt so we can match the order.
We do not refund because you changed your mind after you used the overlay in a raid.
When we may refund
We may refund a double charge, a missing license after paid checkout, or a setup failure we can confirm.
Open a ticket before a chargeback. Chargebacks without contact can close the license.
How to ask
Email support with subject Refund Request, your order ID, and the date you paid.
Approved refunds go back to the same payment method when we can. Prices are on the Store page.
This Refund Policy page is for Arena Breakout Infinite on Windows PC. Check Status after an ACE patch before you play. Player ESP, loot ESP, and aimbot stay in one license. Open Store when you are ready to buy. Email support with your order ID if the license mail is late.
