Paid and the order is not delivered yet — card was charged. Is delivery instant? Inbox and spam are empty.

I used the same email I always use. Need the license before tonight’s Farm runs.

    Mine was instant. If the charge posted and there is no mail, it is a Support ticket with the order ID from the receipt, not a new checkout.

    I have the receipt PDF. No key in it though.

    Receipt is not the loader. The delivery mail is a separate message. Search the brand name plus “license.”

    Delivery is digital by email after checkout. If the license is missing, write Support with the order ID, the email you paid with, and Windows PC. Do not pay a second time. We resend the same key.

    Promo folders ate mine once. That was the whole issue.
