   Grey toggles are almost always BIOS. HVCI / Secure Boot / TPM need to be on in firmware, not only in Windows.

   Launch order matters too. Loader as admin, paste key, then the game — not the other way. Setup has the list.

   Greyed menu on a green Status is Cloud DMA requirements, not a dead key. Enable HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, and Secure Boot in BIOS, reboot, then follow Setup. AWS option may be required for full functionality.

   If Status is actually yellow, wait. Grey on yellow is the build, not your BIOS.

   Secure Boot was off. Toggles work after reboot. I feel dumb.

   If it is still grey after BIOS and a green note, send the order ID to Support. Include Windows version.
